As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic prospect engagement. This role involves close collaboration with the marketing and sales teams to create meaningful connections with potential clients and set up qualified discovery calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified appointments through outbound prospecting and lead activity management.
  • Collaborate with marketing to convert inbound leads into potential opportunities.
  • Conduct prospect analysis and initiate communication via phone or email.
  • Log and track all outbound activities using internal systems.
  • Work alongside Sales Directors and attend client meetings when necessary.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends through training sessions, meetings, and events.
  • Contribute to team success by experimenting with new methods and sharing learnings.

Requirements:

  • Experience with workflow systems and customer relationship tools.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable in a high-growth environment.
